Description of material This resource is part of the UK National Strategies: Science. It is structured in six sessions. They cover such topics of: introduction to assessment for learning; sharing objectives and outcomes with pupils; making pupils’ self assessment more effective; developing effective teacher questioning; providing effective feedback to pupils; reflection and follow-up. This material consists of: training slides, participants resource pack, tutors notes. All the materials were produced by the Department for Education, UK 2002.
